Inhale, exhale... and once again
Why do we use the breath in Mindfulness Meditation?
• The breath is readily available to everyone. It is always with us regardless of situation, circumstance, or locale. If we are alive, we are breathing. If we are breathing we have the potential to meditate.
• Our bodies breathe naturally without our having to be involved in it. We don't have to remind ourselves to breath so our consciousness is available to focus on the breath while it just does its thing.
• The breath is always happening in realtime. The breath is always happening in the present moment.
